These terms apply to the Lay Picks private beta.
Private Beta Access
Access is limited to selected users and may be approved, rejected, paused, or ended at our discretion during beta testing.
Research Software Only
Lay Picks provides research, race notes, manual tracking support, staking context, and read-only exchange price context. It does not place bets, submit exchange orders, or control any exchange account.
No Profit Guarantee
Selections, analysis, prices, strike rates, and results history are provided for transparency only. They do not guarantee future profit or remove the risk of loss.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for your own betting decisions, exchange accounts, staking choices, liability checks, and compliance with local laws. You must be 18 or over.
Responsible Use
Only use money you can afford to lose, never chase losses, and stop using betting products if they stop feeling controlled. Lay Picks may pause or close beta access where responsible-use concerns arise.
